We start with a kick-off and onboarding session to define your goals, expectations, and project framework. Next, we gather insights through market, competitor, and audience analysis.
From there, we run our BURN Position® Workshop to define the core building blocks of your brand. The outcome? Your BURN Position® Brand Strategy Paper — the strategic foundation for everything that follows.
Once the strategy is set, we move into visual development, creating a Look & Feel and first logo directions. Together, we select a clear creative direction, which we then refine into your final brand identity.
A typical timeline has a Strategy Phase from 2 to 4 weeks. Then we have the Design Development: 4 to 6 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the scope and complexity of your project, but our structured process ensures efficiency, focus, and results — every step of the way.
