Challenge

Fortytools is a web-based all-in-one solution for cleaning companies—for the digital management of customers, employees, assignments, and billing. Technically robust and rich in features—but until now without a true user experience. The application felt cumbersome, and the interface was not very inviting. Our task: to turn a dutiful tool into a product that genuinely makes everyday work easier, more intuitive, and more efficient.
