The startup’s idea: Skip the long lines at the front desk by checking in via app, unlocking the hotel room with your phone, and paying online. SANMIGUEL supported the company from its inception and helped turn this vision into reality.
Solution
Through a series of coaching, branding, and UX sessions, SANMIGUEL worked closely with the startup to develop the foundational concepts for the ambitious project. The entire guest journey—from arrival to stay to departure—was analyzed and transformed into a digital front desk with high usability for all stakeholders. In addition to the UX & UI for the app, SANMIGUEL developed the complete corporate design and created the corporate website to effectively drive the app’s marketing.
