The open-source helpdesk system OTOBO has long impressed with its powerful combination of proven OTRS functionalities and deep technical expertise. Now, the OTOBO team set out with a clear vision: to make the brand’s core values not just visible—but truly tangible and meaningful to every user.

Solution

Starting with the BURN Position®, SANMIGUEL partnered with the ambitious team at Rother OSS to define and sharpen OTOBO’s brand positioning. The core principles—openness and flexibility—became the foundation for the UX concept and user interface design. The result: an intuitive application that brings the brand to life while presenting complex information in a way that feels light, clear, and easy to navigate.
