K4D was at a turning point: transitioning from an established partner for large corporations to a clearly positioned consultancy for the mid-market. The ambition: less technocratic, more emotional. More trust, more identification – both internally and externally. The brand needed to have greater impact, provide orientation, and contribute to long-term corporate value. What was missing was a corporate identity with real radiance and a design that made this transformation visible.

Solution

Together with K4D, we strategically realigned the brand – from positioning and tone of voice to the visual identity. The goal was to create a profile that differentiates, inspires, and builds trust. The new brand message speaks directly to decision-makers in the mid-market – clear, solution-driven, and with conviction. The purpose takes center stage: empowering companies, shaping the future.
